Behind every game, every win, and every withdrawal you receive, there is a team working tirelessly to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and fairly. This is the story of 1ee.
1ee is an online entertainment platform built specifically for Malaysian players. We started with one simple belief — that every player deserves a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience, without compromise.
Unlike some platforms that operate with a one-size-fits-all approach, 1ee focused exclusively on the Malaysian market. This means our interface is in Bahasa Malaysia, the payment methods we support are the most relevant for local users — DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost — and our customer support team understands the context and needs of players from this country.
From day one of our operations, transparency has been a non-negotiable principle. We display real win records in the Wins, publishes payout rates (RTP) transparently, and never hides bonus terms in fine print that's hard to read. What you see is what you get — that's the promise of 1ee to every member.
Vision 1ee is to become the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Malaysian players — not just in terms of member count, but in trust, satisfaction, and the quality of experience we deliver.
Our mission is straightforward — we want every player who registers with us to feel they're in safe hands. We achieve this through three core approaches:
Game catalogue 1ee developed with care alongside internationally acclaimed game software providers. Every game on our platform goes through an internal quality review process before launch. We offer:
We regularly add new games — keep an eye on the Promotions to get updates on the latest game launches along with exclusive bonuses to try them out.
Six pillars that shape the identity and advantages of the 1ee platform over other platforms in the market.
Every piece of data transmitted between your device and 1ee's servers is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Malaysia's leading banks. Our multi-layered security system automatically detects unauthorised access attempts and responds in real time to safeguard your account.
DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost — all the most widely used payment methods in Malaysia are fully supported at 1ee. Deposits are processed within minutes, and withdrawals are completed within 24 hours. No unfamiliar methods requiring extra accounts.
All game outcomes at 1ee are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited and certified by independent international bodies. No manipulation, no pre-programmed results — every round is fully independent and random, guaranteeing genuine fairness for all players.
The official 1ee app for Android and iOS is not just a scaled-down web version. It's built from the ground up for mobile performance — lighter (only 28 MB), faster, and packed with exclusive features like biometric login, real-time push notifications, and full-screen mode support for all games.
The 1ee VIP Program features 6 tiers from Bronze to Elite, with genuinely meaningful rewards at every level — not just empty labels. Automatic weekly cashback, a personal account manager, higher withdrawal limits, and access to exclusive game rooms are among the perks awaiting VIP members.
The 1ee support team is available around the clock via in-platform live chat. They don't just reply with templated answers — they're trained to understand real issues and deliver accurate solutions in the shortest time possible. No more waiting days for an email response.
From a simple idea to a platform trusted by over half a million Malaysian players — this is the development timeline of 1ee.
The 1ee founding team identified a gap in the market — the absence of a truly Malaysian-built online entertainment platform, complete with local payment methods and genuine Malay-language support.
Official launch of the 1ee platform with three core game categories — Live Casino, Fish Shooting Games, and Bingo. Early response from Malaysian players was overwhelmingly positive, with thousands of registrations in the very first week alone.
1ee integrates local e-wallet payment methods including Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost. The mobile app launched on Android, followed by iOS — letting players enjoy games anywhere.
A 6-tier VIP Program was introduced, delivering real rewards to loyal players. 1ee surpassed the milestone of 100,000 registered members — cementing our position as Malaysia's platform of choice.
1ee now serves over half a million registered members with progressive jackpots exceeding RM 128,000. Our technology team continuously introduces new games, improved app features, and a better user experience every month.
Five principles that guide every decision we make — from product development to the way we treat every player.
No hidden terms. Our RTP rates, bonus conditions, and win records are openly displayed for everyone to see.
Your data and funds are protected with the highest encryption technology. Player security is not optional — it's an obligation.
Our RNG is independently audited. Every player gets the same fair chance — no manipulation, no favouritism.
1ee is more than just a platform — it's a community of Malaysian players who share the same passion and celebrate wins together.
We provide responsible gaming tools and never encourage anyone to play beyond their means.
What you see on screen is just the tip of the iceberg. Here is the technology and infrastructure that keeps 1ee running smoothly, every single moment.
Download App1ee's server infrastructure is built with full redundancy — if one node encounters an issue, workloads are automatically shifted without any disruption to your gaming experience. This ensures our platform is available 99.9% of the time.
All communications between your app or browser and 1ee's systems are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your financial data and personal information are never stored in any format readable by unauthorised parties.
Our AI system monitors every transaction and account activity in real time to detect any suspicious behaviour. If anything unusual is flagged, you'll be notified immediately and your account will be secured before any harm can occur.
The Random Number Generator (RNG) system used across all 1ee games is regularly audited by independent international certification bodies. Audit reports are available upon request — solid proof that every game outcome is fully random and fair.
1ee uses a global content delivery network (CDN) to ensure game assets load quickly no matter where you are in Malaysia — from Perlis all the way to Tawau.
Over 500,000 Malaysian players have trusted 1ee for their online entertainment experience. Now it's your turn to experience a platform built specifically for you.
